Okay on the Larry's Lunchbox scale 1 to 10 Jason's Ruben get a 8.5. trust me that is a great score when compared to Larry's.

This sandwich defiantly has a lot of junk in the trunk: the meat is piled high.
The flavor is overwhelming the corn beef.The sauerkraut has just a hint.The cheese a small fender bender to the sandwich and unforgettably the sauce is only a scratch on the surface the bread is not a stand out or a set back but all in all this is a good sandwich. But not the holy grail of Rubens. I am still searching for that. I am sure my quest will be long but satisfying

Larry's Lunch box.  $10.00 Ruben sandwich .  Worth all 1000 pennies. From 1 to 10 they are a 10.5. On the 8th day God granted unto Larry the Miracle of  Ruben creation. If I was on death row this would be my last meal. This is what I want for Christmas now, simple a Larry's Lunch box Ruben sandwich wrap under the tree. The flavor is incredible the perfect balance of  corn beef sauerkraut Swiss cheese.The bread toasted  perfection topped with  Russian Dressing all piled so high you could get vertigo.  

My quest now  in my journey through life  find another Ruben that can compare. Larry's has set the standard which all other Rubens will be compared
